The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities such as a fridge and TV. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Location-wise, it was in a fairly quiet area with a few tuk-tuks available outside. It was also close to cafes and bars.

The breakfast was lackluster with limited options. The room didn't have a great view and the elevator was incredibly slow. It was also situated quite far away from the major attractions of the city, which made it difficult to explore. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long period of time.

I really enjoyed the staff. They went completely out of their way to meet all my needs. The Breakfast buffet was delicious! Salita Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed during my travels through South East Asia

its great value. there was free parking.

The male receptionist on that night charged me almost trible price for bus ticket according to actual price while there was non of the services as he promised!!! Phnom Penh was our stop from hcmc - Kep. We stayed in this hotel on the night of 29/05. As the reception knew that we would go to Kep in the following morning, the male receptionist asked if we needed a luxury bus with toilet, air-con, definitely clean and pick-up. The tickets costed us 18usd. But when we asked to have this amount on the hotel bill, that man refused. But in the following morning, there was no pick-up and we got an answer from the reception that there was something wrong with the transfer, so we must take a tuk tuk - which costed 5usd while it should be 2usd in actual price. Surprisingly when we arrived in the bus stop, it was a local bus called Sorya (with terrible smell came from air-con), no toilet , and the drivers could not speak one word in English, no transmit to my hotel as the male receptionist promised. More surprisingly that Sorya bus tickets for two from Phnom Penh to Kep costs only 7usd, but we had to pay 18usd in the reception. I was very disappointed and I promise myself never come back here. I think responsible people should work out this issue with the male receptionist on the night 29/05. It is an ashamed point for hotel with nice facility but consists un-honest people - cheating people. Paul. H. General Manager in hcmc.

The hotel is new and modern. The room was comfortable and clean. Free WIFI and breakfast are included.

The location was hard to find and not central. I got off the bus from Vietnam and got a tuk tuk. The driver did not know where the hotel was and had to stop and ask other tuk tuk drivers for directions twice. The eating options around the hotel are limited.

Had a great Xmas time at a budget hotel in Cambodia. the room was clean and spacious, same-day laundry service was affordable and convenient, and the location was great for exploring the city and trying local cuisines. Free mineral water every day in the room was also a nice touch.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied. Noise from nearby bars could be heard at night and the hotel could use soundproof windows.

Counter staff n duty manager Dara, were very helpful n friendly. Both were very polite n patient to recommend the places of tourist interest when I called to check with them. I subsequently took up the tour arrangement emailed to me from Phnom Pehn to Seam Reap at abt 30% savings compared to Spore price. The duty manager even follow up with calls to confirm my arrival in Seam Reap n back in Phnom Pehn. It's a real great service from them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a really nice room with a living room and a bedroom.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities in general. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and catered to all dietary needs. I was pleased with the transportation options available.

Love this hotel, great room with nice view, me and my partner were upgrade to Deluxe Room on 8th Floor, Prime location just 1 km from S21 and easy to get a taxi to around the city, so helpful and much friendly staffs. was enjoy our stay at Salita Hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a safe neighborhood and well outside the usual tourist spots. The hotel staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, including special diet menus for vegetarians like myself. The staff's attention to detail and great customer service made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, as it exceeded my expectations in every way.
